An Italian Decree allowing the use of recycled PET for natural mineral waters has beenpublished in the Italian Official Journal. The Decree is in line with the text originally notified to DG Enterprise i.e:

- Minimum content of virgin material: 50%;
- Free circulation of bottles legally produced in EU and EEA countries as well as in Turkey.

The Decree will effective from 5th of August 2010.
