Proposed new SETA landscape and the NSDS III

3 June 2010
Good news for the Plastics Industry is that the Minister has indicated that Plastics will remain with the Merseta. Setas seem to be changed from 23 to 21 and measures will be introduced to deal with the poor performing Setas. Public hearings will be scheduled to discuss the possible changes with the NSA. The Merseta maintains that there will be no changes to its structure.
